Mission
The mission of the East Granby Economic Development Commission (EDC) is the promotion and development of the economic resources of East Granby. In serving this mission, the EDC shall conduct research into the economic conditions and trends in the Town; make recommendations to appropriate officials and agencies in the Town regarding actions to improve its economic condition and development; seek to coordinate the activities of and cooperate with unofficial bodies organized to promote such economic development; and may advertise and prepare, print and distribute books, charts and pamphlets which, in its judgment, will further the EDC’s official purposes.
